Guide to Edge Master Mode

This is still getting updated, and a bit is inaccurate, sorry, but I cut and paste lots, and since I'm in the process of moving back to England, I don't have much time to finish it!

Hwang

Stage Number Location Opponent Requirements Tips Prize
1 Pirate's Castle, Japan Mitsurugi Win 1 round in less than 40 seconds Just constantly attack and try to knock him out of the ring! Nippon Blade
2 The Old Temple, Korea Seung Han Myong (your ex master) Stay alive for 1 round of 20 seconds Keep dodging and blocking, and use attacks which knock opponent away, i.e. d d A Your master's sword, "Mountain Breaker", super fast.
3 The Gorge, China Li Long 1 round, just use throws Be quick, since you've been poisoned so your health runs down automatically! Thunderous Fire
4 Desert, Central Asia Seung Mina Destroy opponents weapon Constantly attack since you take damage but opponent doesn't. Use Nippon Blade None
5 Colosseum 4 opponents
(Mitsurugi, Taki, Li Long, Rock)		 similar to team battle, with you against a team of 4 people! Try not to take to much damage since you only recover a small amount at the end of each fight. Use Thunderous Fire Falchion
6 Greece, Eurydice Shrine Sophitia Fight Sophitia twice, then yourself, only floating combos do damage! Use Mountain Breaker, and use df A A A, f f B A A A , and f f K K K combo Sword of Dawn
7 Mediterranean Island, Secret Treasury Voldo Win 3 straight rounds Use your speed to your advantage and constantly attack to mid height since he ducks lots. Midas Blade
8 Spain Cervantes/Soul Edge Fight Cervantes, then Soul Edge. If you lose to Soul Edge you'll have to fight Cervantes again, since it's done as 2 fights, each of 1 round. Use lots of dodges and fast attack combos None

Then wander about looking for your "super weapon", "Phantom", a sword with an invisible blade! I found it by defeating Voldo again!

Rock

It was pretty easy doing Edge Master mode with him, so there was no really fiddly methods of winning required!

6 Mediterranean Island, Secret Treasury Taki You start with very little strength beat her quick, or knock her out of ring, since you can't afford for her to hit you! Use the cross axe. Double Tomahawk
7 Spain Cervantes/Soul Edge Fight Cervantes, then Soul Edge. If you lose to Soul Edge you'll have to fight Cervantes again, since it's done as 2 fights, each of 1 round. Attack, block attack, block! None

Wander about, and collect Great Axe, you may find this closer to home than normal!

Taki

5 Greece Sophitia, Taki Only Critical Edge attacks do any damage, but against yourself it's a normal fight(luckily!). Maybe this is cheating but, change the controller set up so that 1 button does A+B+K then another button to does the other keys required! using Mekkimaru only 1 Extended Critical Edge is needed! 6 Ostrahinesburg Castle, Germany Siegfried Beat him in 20seconds constantly attack, trying to knock him out of the ring. Kunai

Then wander about looking for your "super weapon" Valkyrie! I found it by defeating myself again at Greece.

With Siegfried you actually acquire Soul Edge as you weapon, I did this back at the castle in Germany.
